Information You Provide
When you schedule a call, Calendly may collect information you submit, such as your name, email address, telephone number, scheduling preferences, and answers to booking questions. Calendly processes that information under its own privacy practices and provides the booking information to Bantam so the requested call can be arranged and managed.
Please do not submit account statements, Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, or other sensitive financial information through the scheduling form. The initial call is general discovery and is not a portfolio review or investment recommendation.
Information Collected Automatically
The site may collect limited technical and usage information, including IP address, browser and device information, page visits, referring URLs, and interactions with the site. Bantam may use Meta Pixel and similar technologies to measure advertising performance and understand whether an advertisement led to a confirmed booking.
A page visit, advertisement click, or calendar opening is not treated as a confirmed booking. The campaign's booked-call measurement is tied to a completed Calendly scheduling event.
How Information Is Used
Bantam may use information to:
- provide and manage a requested call;
- respond to questions;
- operate, secure, and improve the site;
- measure advertising and campaign performance;
- maintain business and regulatory records; and
- comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
Service Providers
Bantam may share information with service providers that support website hosting, scheduling, communications, analytics, advertising measurement, security, and recordkeeping. These providers include Calendly, Meta, and the site's hosting provider. They may process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
Bantam does not sell personal information in exchange for money. Advertising and analytics technologies may involve disclosures that applicable privacy laws define more broadly as sharing or targeted advertising.
